Loyality points policy

Eligibility:

• The Rewards Points Program is open to all registered customers who have made at least one purchase.
• Certain purchases, such as gift cards or discounted items, may be excluded from earning points.

Earning Points: 

• Customers earn 1 point for every 1 EGP spent on eligible purchases.
• Points are automatically credited to the customer’s account once the purchase is completed.

Redemption Rules:

• Redemption Rate: 100 points = 1EGP discount on future purchases.
• Points can only be redeemed in increments of 100 (e.g., 100, 200, 300 points).
• Order Amount Limits:
• A minimum order amount of 50K EGP is required to redeem points (OR)  Points can only be redeemed on orders over 50K EGP .
• Customers can redeem points for up to 20% of the total order amount
• A maximum of 1,000,000 points (equivalent to a 10K EGP discount) can be redeemed per order.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another customer.
• Points can be redeemed during checkout

Restrictions:

• Points cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless otherwise specified.
• The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the Rewards Points Program at any time.
